Custom API and software integrations in Morocco
A lead created in one form, an order stored elsewhere and follow-up maintained in a spreadsheet quickly create duplication. A custom integration moves the information between systems without asking someone to enter it again at each stage.
Hitoriah designs each connection around the business flow: which data should move, in which direction, when it should move and what should happen if an exchange fails. The result is designed to be observable and maintainable.
What we can deliver
- 01Inventory of systems, APIs and data formats
- 02Data-flow map and synchronization rules
- 03Connectors, webhooks and recovery behavior
- 04Tests, monitoring and technical documentation
How we work
- 01
Define the flow
We specify source systems, destinations, fields, ownership and priority rules.
- 02
Connect
We build authentication, data validation, synchronization and safe retry behavior.
- 03
Monitor
We verify real exchanges and configure useful alerts for the responsible team.
Frequently asked questions
Can you connect software without a ready-made connector?
Often, if the software provides an API, webhooks or a secure export method. We confirm feasibility during discovery.
How do you prevent duplicates?
We agree on identifiers, deduplication rules and a source of truth for each information type before synchronization starts.
Will our team own the configuration?
Yes. Access, configuration and documentation are handed over according to the agreed scope, without creating artificial dependency on Hitoriah.
How much does an integration cost?
We do not publish prices, because a figure quoted without a scope is not comparable. Four things move the investment: the number of systems to connect, whether each side has a documented API, the volume and cleanliness of the data to synchronise, and the error-recovery and monitoring requirements. We quote after scoping, against those four.
